Georgina is an accomplished and dedicated project lead, known for her pragmatic problem-solving skills in remediation, retrofit, redevelopment, and new development projects across various sectors. She excels in adding value to complex projects with multiple constraints, often finding innovative solutions. As a Senior Consultant with a PhD and MSc in Fluid Dynamics, Georgina is also a member of the SFPE UK Chapter committee. She has extensive experience in performance-based design methodologies, including evacuation modelling, time equivalence analysis, fire and smoke modelling, radiant heat calculations and smoke control calculations. Georgina’s project portfolio is diverse, and she actively contributes to “Women Talking Fire”, an independent networking group that offers networking and technical development opportunities, as well as conferences, to women and allies in the fire safety industry.
