Bloom Clerkenwell is an over-site office development located over the western part of Farringdon Crossrail station in Central London developed by HB Reavis. The development comprises Ground + 7 storeys together with basement. The key concept for the development is open-plan flexible workspace with ancillary amenities such as external garden terraces and event space, structured around a central circulation core. Maze personnel conducted the fire strategy design of the development for shell and core, including subsequent detailed strategic advice on the later introduction of a central atrium and accommodation stair proposed to link several floors for the use of a key tenant.
