Pudsey Grammar School’s Post-16 Centre, a new two-storey development on the existing school grounds in Leeds, is an important addition to the school’s facilities. The centre features eight dedicated classrooms, breakout spaces, offices, and a spacious Learning Resource Centre, designed to meet the school’s future needs for post-16 education spaces. The layout of the building combines individual classroom settings with an open-plan learning area, aiming to support both focused study and collaborative learning.
Maze Fire Consulting is currently developing the fire safety strategy for this project, providing essential technical advice to ensure compliance with Part B of the Building Regulations. We are collaborating with AHR, the designers, whose expertise in architectural design has contributed to creating a visually appealing space conducive to social interaction and learning.
